Kapitalkartan provides general information and education about saving, investing, pensions, tax, loans and charitable giving, together with rule-based lists, calculators and guides. The service is not financial, investment or tax advice. Our disclaimer forms part of these terms.

Member features require an account with a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Premium costs SEK 29 per month and gives access to the features listed on the membership page. Membership runs monthly and renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time before the next period via your account.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance-selling law. Because the content is digital and made available immediately, you agree at purchase that the service starts during the withdrawal period; the right of withdrawal then lapses for the period you have already accessed.

Membership does not include personal advice and carries no guarantee of returns or financial outcomes.

Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, sell or systematically extract lists, texts or data from the service, share your account or attempt to circumvent technical restrictions.

Texts, selection models, graphics and the Kapitalkartan brand belong to Rementi Group AB or its licensors. Market data belongs to the respective providers. Names of investors and their published principles are used for reference only; none of them is affiliated with the service.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate or always available. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Kapitalkartan is not liable for direct or indirect damage, including financial loss, arising from use of the service. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

The service contains advertisements labelled “Advertisement” and links to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms or processing of personal data.

We may change the service and these terms. Material changes are announced on the site or by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect for existing members. We may suspend accounts that breach the terms.

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts. As a consumer you may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
